List your two most recent references with your appointment request

Maybe a dumb questions, but I am going to ask it anyway.

For those providers that say they are willing to see "All P411 members-with references" do you actually list out your reference info in your appointment request, or do you just let your okays speak for themselves?

She may or may night contact your references, but it's nice to have all the information there to make her feel a little better (even if you have a lot of Okays).

The purpose of P411 verification and Okays is to eliminate the need for references and employment information.

If a P411 lady requires references in addition to my P411 ID, I will gladly provide references but not my P411 ID. She doesn't need it.

What difference does it make if she is ONLY wanting info. that can't trace back to the real you? If a guy's refs on P411 suck, damn right I want others he might have, and vice versa. I want a TER handle too so I can see what an asshole he is as far as reviews go.

I think the question is whether the P411 okays speak for themselves, and in my experience they do.  What's the point of repeating information that the provider has access to already?

Just send me their P411 info I can see their okays they do not send their references as well.
On my P411 profile I do have that marked all P411 members w/references.
There are some P411 gents who have are members but do not have okays in that case I would ask for references to be sent or if he only has a few okays and he is a new member of P411 I might ask for additional references. The only time I have asked for references to be sent to me from a P411 member that had okays is when the okays are no longer valid or too old.
In my opinion if a gent has enough current okays listed on his profile he does not need to send an appt request including those references.

Yes, if a provider has a P411, she can easily contact anyone on that list. Problem is, you guys don't know what goes on when provider A contacts provider B to ask questions. Just because a guy has 10 okays, does not mean we are not supposed to still contact them, or at least the most recent ones. Even Gina suggests that we do additional screening, and many will.

No clue why a provider would want the very SAME refs a guy has on P411, sent via email when she has them on the account.

me too.

I only use P411 providers. Usually, it's enough.only had 2,3 even check my profile. they accept without "checking" references.

i had one ask for more info, I declined and moved on.

makes too much sense. this is why I delete all old okays. they are pretty useless for screening.

Some providers have listed as many as a minimum of 4-6 OK's - so deleting all of the older ones would mean you wouldn't pass that initial screen.  Even the ones that require four OK's are probably going to be OK if only two of them are recent, and many may place value on you having been hobbying for some time instead of only recently

I do agree it not worthless to totally delete the old okays off your list.
But if a gent contacts me and all of his okays are from 2-3 yrs ago and no new ones and half of his okays are not even P411 members anymore I am asking for more recent references.

If a guy has 10, 20, or 30 okays, that does not in any way sway my decision on seeing him based on the numbers. As long as he has recent and reputable providers listed, those are the ones I look at. Of course, there are some women I refuse to go behind in my local area, so if I see them on a guy's page, I simply respond, "there is a conflict of interest and I would be happy to recommend someone,"  with nothing further.

My references would be the exact same as my okays... so I will stick with the okays speaking for themselves.
