when I click on her name, a message comes up with "Providers information is no longer available on TER".  What does that mean.  Her name is still there on my favorites list, but you can't access reviews or stats.  What happened here?

best known to only TER and her, or sometimes known only to TER  her profile was pulled.  

could be one of several things.  In any event, she has been delisted.  If she retired, she may have requested it, if not, she must have violated TER policy and was delisted by admin.  In any case, she may reappear some day.
