If they enter the room while you are in there, then yes, you might be in trouble.

Yes you are being paranoid. There are tons of reasons for cops to be at a hotel. What makes you think they re after you?

Here's what porkers do if they like you. They come up and ask all kinds of questions right then and there because they are trained interviewers and know the public is stupid to their methods and will tell them everything they want to know?

Then if they REALLY like you, they take you back to their office and ask you more questions.

Before you are arrested you will be spoken to. As soon as YOU start talking - I mean saying ONE SINGLE WORD - the beginnings of your trouble is set in motion.

If you are going to P4P, you should contact a defense attorney, NOW, pay the $500 retainer so you get his card and sell phone number, and pay for 1/2 hour of his time to get his instructions on EXACTLY WHAT TO DO AND SAY when you are approached by LE.

unless they catch you in the room with the hooker, there is not much they do with you.  Since the LEO did not approach and confront you, he was not there to bust you.  Yes, you are being paranoid.  Relax and enjoy the fruits of the hobby.

Re the OP, I understand your concern.  Somehow, whenever I am going to meet a provider, I "see" more police everywhere, passing me in the car, on the side of the road, etc. I think if I saw in a hotel lobby, I would find a way to walk back out and re-call and find out if everything is ok, but otherwise, it is just part of the business and we are newbies and so get freaked about it.  I have arrived at a girl's room more than once feeling drained from my "ordeal" with the police, which consisted of nothing more than a police car driving by mine right as I turned to the side road where the hotel was located.

walked into a hotel where there were literally like 20 cops mingling about. They were all gathered in and around the lobby, and I had to meander through them to get to the elevator to reach my out call appt. Talk about nervous! But I just smiled at them as I walked on by with a purpose. There was apparently some conference there that they were attending.
