I see the term "White List" & "TER-White List" at many provider sites, but I don't know what this means. I searched the FAQ and cannot find the term. Please educate this newbie.
a list of providers at the bottom of the page with all your reviews. It is simply a list of providers who have seen you and are saying you are ok for others to see. After you see a provider who is a member of this site, simply ask her if she will give you a Whitelist referral.
