So I have only been doing this for a month and ....

1) set up appointment gave me address and when I got there no answer to phone call tried twice 15 minutes apart and left
2) no response to p411 request
3) a response to p411 request a week later, which was a couple of days prior to the appointment and already made other plans
4) after calling to confirm the night before and two hours prior as instructed received a call back with the address at the time of the meeting and started an hour later due to travel time
5) after confirming the night before and an hour prior receive a response that they could not make the scheduled time because they were out of town and asked for a later time which I could not make

Except for the first one which I changed due to advice from TER, all of there girls were high end for my area $350 to $450, lots of reviews and all of the appointments were between 90 min to 3 hrs.

Is this normal? Is it because I am new? Is it because I am mostly scheduling on the weekends? Or is this just the way it is all the time. Based on what I have read if I pulled any of this shit with them I would be on their ignore list. I am not sure how I feel about offering to pay someone to pretend to like me and then apparently not being worth showing up when I can get ignored and stood up by lot of girls in any local bar or night club for free. Sorry, I don't like to be negative, rant over but am I unlucky or is this the way it is

Unfortunately, only the providers can answer your questions.  We here can only speculate.  Can't say I blame you for being pissed, I would be too.  

Don't give up, there are quality ladies out there who will see you, you just have to find them, and for that I wish you good luck.  Sorry I can't be more helpful.

But it seems part of the learning curve is what you're going through.  Had a provider take over a week to get back to me on P411 and I was just about to delete my request when she came through.  Wound up being one of my more memorable sessions.  She was also an hour late, but kept texting me with progress.

With P411, always take a look at when the provider last logged in.  Also understand that the ladies may be sifting through all kinds of emails and don't get to P411 expeditiously.

As you've read, sometimes life gets in the way of the hobby for some of the ladies.  Before getting too pissed, talk with the lady.  One of my faves was supposed to meet me in my area.  Had to make a 5 hour drive to get here and traffic was a bitch.  We talked for an hour while she drove.  SHe wound up being two hours late, but we had a great time.  It would have been different had I been time constrained.

Most of the ladies I've met will also make it up to you for inconveniencing you.  If they don't, move on to someone more professional.

I'd email a request & she'd get back to me.  When she seemed to ignore, my every request, I was ready to move on...  one last chance, I phoned.  Turned out that Hotmail shut off her account.  I supposed the illegal bit was the issue...  She never dig get it reopened.  I do not write someone off unless I've spoken with a live person.
Now initial contacts are different if that's the only contact method.

When you say learning curve, did you find that is changed over time after you got a few reviews or did you do something different or are you saying that's just the way it is. Sounds to me like you might be saying just plan for them to be two hours late which I probably will do. I understand shit happens and I never show them that I am pissed or anything because for that individual situation it is not a big deal but when you string them all together and 100% of them ignore you, don't show or are extremely late it kind of makes you wonder what the deal is. Especially when all of them had these elaborate systems and calling requirements to prevent no shows and time wasters. Just feels a bit one sided.

Sorry, but when you only see one guy a week, you're not going to behave the way you described. All I can see is the women you chose are actually working as much as they would like, and don't much care about tossing business. Now, it could be an emergency, but this happens so many times with the same M.O. it's become comical. Chalk it up to experience, and move on.

I suppose high end was not really the best term cause it depends where you live. Probably not for London, New York or LA but let's just say as good as it gets for nowheresville USA.

In FTABM...  the girl accepts every offer & tells them to come right over.  She accepts the first to arrive & doesn't answer again until she's free...  leads to rushing & getting the guy out the door as quickly as possible.  Could also be call a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush...  from an old folk saying.   The other guys are left circling or going home empty handed.  There is little or no time for screening...  
Sometimes co-eds with hot picts will do this but frankly, it's a horrible business model.  There are NO meaningful appointments (no matter what she says).  Since no meeting took place, a client who gets NCNS can't TER review.  I live outside a good sized city but there are few opportunities out here...   so with at least a half hour drive, I will not consider such providers.  If I have trouble getting a hold of her...  it's a black mark right off the bat.  It is something to ask if you get a chance, will she promise the appointment time.
