Please please please girls; when you are checking references with other providers. DO NOT tell the client what the other provider said. Other providers will DNS your ass in no time and won't give you more reference checks. Also if you ask for references but never check them... What's the point?

I have seen this lately with a few providers and it really rubbed me the wrong way. I know they are probably new so I'm trying to be understanding but other providers will not be as kind.

But yes, new ladies: this is largely frowned upon by your fellow providers.  

In the past year or so, virtually every single piece of information I've given to an inquiring provider has been repeated to the client: good, funny, or negative, the ladies just cannot keep the details to themselves.  Obviously, this can lead to problems.  
Now, I just advise ladies to check the BL resources.  
  There's a Catch-22 with new providers and references, though.  Many ladies, including me, will not provide a reference for un-reviewed ladies who have yet to establish themselves.  Sometimes I won't even respond.

Ginger, since Betty does a lot of your screening, what are some of the conversations that you would have with her regarding this topic?  Also what are some other things that that sets you antennae off?  Also what is the advantage of having a former escort do your booking and how quick does she avert some potentially dangerous situations? Also would you say that Betty is a key player on your team because of the fact that she does a lot of the preliminary leg work?
