When writing a review it asks if the provider is a porn star. Are they asking if she is a porn star (actually has done movies), is down for being filmed (extra no doubt), or just shags like a porn star?

I think what they want to know is if the lady has appeared commercially.  Not in home movies or is willing to be filmed.

and I mean, STAR, I would check no.  Just posting a vid on you tube, or brazzers, or any other site, does not make her a porn star.  IMHO, this is an advertising ploy that many young girls use to make us think they are worth more money.  Unless you have seen her in a bunch of videos, don't even worry about it.
