I am confused. I am visiting las vegas in july. I saw lot of girls postings on eros. Is this website reliable or just stay away from it. This is first post on this website.

There are legit providers on Eros, BP and several other ad sites, but there are also fakes and scammers out there on these same sites.

Best thing to do is when you find someone that catches your interest to come back here and see if you can find any reviews on her.   If you can't find any, feel free to post on your local board (or her's) and ask if anyone there knows anything about her.

Whatever site you find a provider on you have to research that provider.There are reputable and fakes on any site you look at.It is up to you to do your due diligence and research.
Eros has tons of fake ads in Vegas I know I am based in Vegas and advertise there however Eros does have reputable providers that advertise there as well.First thing if you have not done already would be to get VIP membership here(very inexpensive considering how much money you will be out if you do not have VIP and get ripped off).Google the provider's info example:website(if she has one),phone#,and email address see what comes up.

Sometimes pictures are stolen from sites and used to advertise on Eros and other similar sites.I would advise whatever ads pique your interest check tineye.com to see if the pictures are authentic and not stolen.You can also use google images as well to check pictures.
If you search a provider by google and you do not see any reviews listed you might want to proceed with caution.Take the providers info and check here on the reviews search to see if she has reviews you will need VIP membership here to do that.Read the reviews which can only be done with VIP.
If you go with well-reviewed providers that are reviewed here or on another site and advertise on Eros or anywhere else you should not have a problem.

I would also suggest you going to the Vegas ad board on this site some of the providers that have ads here are on Eros and highly reviewed.

Be sure to get the VIP here so you can read the details and not just assume since the lady has 20+ reviews that she must be great.

The best place to start is here on TER.  Learn to use the local boards.  Completely research gals whom you are interested in.  Note if the picts are real, if services were as promised.  Follow the links back to their ads where ever.  Get VIP & read complete reviews.

Between the CGs, the card flippers on the strip and the scam escort agencies, you're better off gambling in the casino.

Now, don't get me wrong Vegas has many great providers! Check out the local Vegas ad board, it's great place to find a well reviewed escort. Just remember Vegas can be a little more expensive that most cities covered by TER.
Providers will want to screen you, so have your ducks in a row with references. If you want to go the agency route see LV100Proof or HaleyHestonPC, they are legit.
