Where do I find the  TER ID number for a provider? I'm trying to submit a review.

...hasn't been reviewed and you are establishing her profile, leave the TER ID# blank.  A number will be assigned after your review is accepted and her profile is created.

Thanks, first review and I had another blank field holding it up.

...On the review form the fields with asterisks are Not required fields. That does cause confusion some times because it's usually the opposite.
