I used to work with a girl named Lyric, after her and I stopped working together I got a review on my solo profile. The very first sentence of the review is "Lyric met me downstairs.." I have clicked on the report a problem bottom land wrote a message like 5 times how do I get this review about my ex partner off my page??!!

and explain that it isn't you. TER will then ask the reviewer to respond with proof he met you and not someone else.  

The "problem report" people can't handle complex issues.

...Problem Reports."  It will show you the status of your problem report.  It will say "Approved", Unapproved" or "Response Required"  which is a fancy way of saying the 'Report a Problem' folks can't solve this complex problem and you have to contact Admin.

So many times people don't know that when you post a problem report, TER is actually responding rather fast because the don't know about the Feedback tab. Check there and see what they said.

If you sent a problem report, then the info will be under "my Problem Reports", not "My Feedback."
The thing is, as I told her, she needs to send a feedback instead of a problem report for this kind of problem.

That's not how I have ever done it. I file the report, then have to check the feedback for the response. Usually, it says "This is a support issue, please email [email protected]."

If you filed a Problem Report the reply will be under My Problem Reports. When you see it says response required you click View and it will usually say contact support. The any further reply from TER will be under my feedback. Could it be that you have used "contact support" to report problems?

Maybe, I am just special ha ha ha.

...but you don't get an e-mail telling you to check "problem reports" after you have filed one. You have to actually go to MyTER and click on "My Problem Reports" to see the reply.
