Is one really enough or does there need to be more?

I would say, in your case, no it's not.  You have no reviews yourself, so I assume you have not seen a provider yet, or at best only a very small number.   As mentioned a few threads below, and I will reiterate here, it's never a good idea for someone just entering the hobby to see a provider with only one review.  Granted, she may be perfectly safe, but do you want to take that chance?  You probably do not know the reviewer, so how would you know if the review is honest?

Find a well-reviewed provider.  The girl you are looking at does not have a website, the review only links to backpage and cityvibe, not exactly the most trusted places in some parts of the country.

Thanks for the information. Where would be a better place other than the reginal boards? Or should I just stick to the provders I find here when searching?

1st off, if you don't have VIP, looking here won't help you any.  There are providers who tell you they have TER reviews.  They have several, BUT.... they are all bad.  Unless you have VIP you won't know that.

Couple of other places to look.  Verification sites..  Date Check and Prefered 411 are my favorites.  Again you need to check back here for reviews.  Your regional board is always a good place to start.  With a VIP membership you can search for ladies in your local area.  That will give you more options than if you just look at the ones who post or advertise here.

And as a last statement.  Only see "well reviewed provider". (do a search for that exact phrase (120 days include text) on this board and read ALL the results).
