You might consider joining RoomService2000 which is a very popular verification/screening service for Chicago providers, though Preferred411 is gaining in popularity in Chicago too. You might want to check both out and look through the providers listed on the sites and see which ones are willing to see newbies without references. RS2K is cheaper than P411 but its not as popular in other parts of the country.
