I recently saw a lady that I have already reviewed (May 2012) - does my old review stay up or is it  replaced?
She is a very special lady and I want everyone how special she is.

You can only have one review of a provider.

A new review will replace the old one on the provider's profile. In your "My TER," the original review will still be there but it will say "unapproved" and the new one will be "approved." You also don't earn any VIP credit for the new review.

In my opinion there are a few reasons for writing a new review of the same girl:
1) Something was  vastly different. (i.e. Different services provided, new menu items,).
2) If you were going to give her a different rating (Higher or lower).
3) It was a totally different type of session (perhaps the first meeting was one hour, and the new one was a dinner date or overnight).
4) The lady hasn't had a review in a really long time and you want to add one to give her a current one.

Unless you have a really good reason for doing another review of a provider, there is nothing to gain by doing it.  It will do more for her than you, like getting her name on the first page of the review list for that region.  You get absolutely no benefit.  Your previous review will stay on your review list, but no one else can read it, only the most recent one will be on her profile.
