First, you are just drawing attention to the bad review and secondly, gals tend to come off as whiners who do this, and that does you no good.

If you have proof that the review is phoney, write to TER administration with your evidence and they'll decide if the review should be pulled or modified.

Otherwise relax in the knowledge that no reasonable client goes by what one bad review says when there are many good reviews on your profile.

IKR!,  He invested 3 hours and dog got more fun & her AWOL  friend /phone got most of her attention.He has Quality reviews too.
IMHO her best hope (as her 1st review is similar) would be to offer him a do over, perhaps she can elevate her ahmm performance....

Only one of us is demonstrating an ego, and one quite easily bruised at that. By the way, I am curious what omrgod means?

I know many ladies have multiple pfofiles, and manage to get away with it. But I also know many have been caught and profiles combined, and some have been banned for repeatedly doing it. My point was that it is not wise advice to tell a provider on the newbie board to go and break TER rules!

If there is credible evidence from another hobbyist or provider, they will combine the profiles in that case as well. And as Storm points out, if she gets caught, they could delist her forever.

No, the better advice for a newbie is to straighten out things that she could easily address (i.e. the dog, for one) work at her craft, improve her scores, act more professional. If she poses as someone else, she will worry everyday that that is the day she gets outed and delisted and then its ballgame over for her.

Its her bed, she made it, she needs to be a big girl and play by the rules or she needs to find a different line of work.

He's always been gentle with me, even laying gently on my feet but she has to chase him out of the bedroom so we can play.  (Possibly doggy likes me too well!)  She calls him something else but I know a pitt when I see one.  It would be very unwise to make sudden moves that might be mistaken for hostile action.
 
Now, to the OP.  You have a problem...  Accept that that's how your client percieves the session.

Now, what can you do to FIX the problem?  You should be putting efforts into making the experience GREAT for your clients.  Maybe decorating, music, etc...  but one item is now identified as a problem.   You need to change the environment.

Do not continue on your path which has earned low reviews.  I would not worry about a couple of bad reviews.  
I've seen one provider whose BF/pimp barged in & threatened clients on a couple of reviews.  Talk about BAD reviews?!  She solved the problem & her reviews are now quite good.  She did have to explain to a few clients who had seen the reviews but they are dropping back into ancient history now.  
If your dog is a problem for clients than you need to figure out how to change that.  Pets can be moved to other rooms (not a bathroom which will be needed).  

Once you have a plan to solve the problem, I think you should ask the client for a 'Do Over'.   If he chooses to re-review, it would replace the old one.  

New providers make mistakes & can learn & change.  I suggest that you do that.  If you don't feel you can correct the problem, you will not do well & might consider if this the right business for you to be in.

I'm sorry if it is fake, but I laughed several time.  If nothing else the guy put some effort into his story.  Lots of time the fakes are so poorly written they really stick.  

If it is true and it gets pulled I am glad I at least got a little entertainment.

Well I know of one provicer that does that, but hey locally we call it a bisque LOL.

Lots of gals I see have dogs, and by and large, the larger they are, the more friendly and docile they are.  Many of these have been pits too.

But the small dogs think they are Superman, and are more aggressive.

Here's a tip:  Always bring a treat for the dog.  The dog will come to accept you and like you and will never give you a hassle.  On a longer visit, offer to take the dog for a walk to do its business (Bring a baggy and a latex glove!), and the dog will really adore you.  The provider will love it too.

I have personal experience with large aggressive dogs.  My ex's dog was full brother to the junkyard dog down the hollow.  One friend has had a series of Akita's...  non- of them  what I'd call friendly.  And a few others...  each one is an individual, but any dog will bite given the right provocation.  
Years ago a civie GF had a short hair chihuahua...  cutest little thing.  Good thing she couldn't tell her father what I'd been doing!  LOL!!   One time I thought I was going to have to rescue the little thing as a German Shepard decided to chow down on the little dogs food right beside their camper.  Before I could do anything the little dog took on the GShepard, went underneath the big dog.  The GShepard couldn't find her.  I'd assume the Shepard got his nuts nipped because he was wailing when he went by me.   It was pretty funny.
