That provides enough info about me generally works well.  Most ladies don't ask about height, weight, race, marital status on contact forms, though I will generally provide those details in initial e-mails, and my success rate is over 80% in generating a positive response within a day or so.  

When a lady I have never met doesn't respond, I do not escalate things by calling.  I may send a follow-up note, and if this doesn't get a response, I just move on.  There are many reasons (most likely, too many appointment requests) why a lady won't respond, and best you not be too pushy.  Just move on.
