That provides enough info about me generally works well.  Most ladies don't ask about height, weight, race, marital status on contact forms, though I will generally provide those details in initial e-mails, and my success rate is over 80% in generating a positive response within a day or so.  

When a lady I have never met doesn't respond, I do not escalate things by calling.  I may send a follow-up note, and if this doesn't get a response, I just move on.  There are many reasons (most likely, too many appointment requests) why a lady won't respond, and best you not be too pushy.  Just move on.

So lets say you have a handle on the online research aspect of things. Setup separate email and have a pay-go phone and are verified. So sending out some emails and filling out some contact forms is providing mixed at best responses (mostly nonresponse). Time to move to more direct contact (making phone calls), So what things should be kept in mind on the phone and what things should be watched out for? What about come the actual meeting?

If you bring that up, be prepared to be hung up on and your further calls ignored, and if she brings it up, you consider doing likewise.

When you meet, discreetly place the envelope with her donation where she indicates and then the discussions can begin.

That's all a prosecutor needs.

Having enough money in your wallet for the advertised amount it propable cause and can get that money confiscated like a drug runner's car.  

Really, this envelope stuff is a pure BS crap fantasy, and a dangerous one, because it offer ZERO protection while giving the illusion of it.  If you're a cop, and she proceeds to discuss sex after you place an envelope where she specifically said to in an ADD or website, She Is Busted.  If She's a Cop, and you have the money in an envelope, You Are Busted.

Seriously, cops aren't that dumb, and the law changed in the late 90's.  They can entrap, and intent to solicit is the same as having actually paid and actually fucked.  

Euphamisms, envelopes, LE check gropes, its all crap people.  If you and she can figure it out, so can John Law.

do you research ahead of time, History History Hisotry.  Cops won't have history most likely.  Set up a false profile, arrest a few dudes who are let out in less than 24 hours, arrest some more the next day, you're phony profile will get outed by someone.  Undercover works untill you arrest people, not after.  So Cop decoys will be short lived and have no history, most likely.  Also unlikey to offer 24/7 service, or both Incall and Outcall, inefficient use of manpower.

But if all that fails and you show up the Cop Lady, I suggest you go along quiety and don't struggle, wear comfortable clothing, pants that stay up without a belt, and slip on shoes that don't need laces, and not be expected anywhere for the next day.  Because if you show up to Cop Lady, there IS NO SAFE PROTOCOL.  You will be arrested.

Phone Protocol?  Well, doesn't matter what YOU say really...but pay attention to your gut, listen to what SHE says.  If she asks about what you want, even with a euphamism (date, GFE, whatever) if she is seems very eager to get you to come, if anything triggers your gut...well this is your last chance for research.   Listen to what she says and follow your gut.   A Cop Lady probably isn't flexible about time (they run the sting for only so many hours) but is about money (she's not actually fucking you for it), and probably doesn't give vague answers.  She wants you to come, now, and be explicit you are responding to the Ad, and to come efficiently.  If she gives you the Hotel name and address on the first call, bad sign.
