they are not.  However, if you try to hook up with them, it will likely cost you more than a well-reviewed provider, with less than you are looking for.  Remember, strippers are in the ENTERTAINMENT business, not the provider business.

In my experience it's not worth the effort to find out.  I go to clubs, have for years.  I have known a lot of strippers who had escorted and a lot of escorts who once stripped.  I know very few who do both at the same time.  

If you want to have fun hanging out in a bar with hot naked women go to a strip club. If you want to get laid call an escort. Trying to combine the two can be frustrating and very expensive. Most strippers who have NOT escorted have a ridiculously high opinion of what their vagina is worth.  

It really depends on the girl and especially the club.

I know clubs where you can spend $500+ and barely get touched (especially in vegas).

Other clubs, $200-$300 for 30 minutes in the champagne room will get you a bbbj. Now that is a bit more that most providers would charge and it's in a not-very-private location but my experiences with my ATF stripper have been way more fun than any provider I've seen even though I've never had gone "all the way" with her. I dunno, maybe it's just me, maybe it's her, or whatever but she has actually been more of GFE than most providers (lots of passionate DFKing when we are together and texts and e-mails when we are not). Other girls I've found to be less of GFE but still willing to do HJ or BBBJ at least in the club. Some possibly provide, but I've never asked directly about it. YMMV, for sure.

The only experience I have with strippers as providers (in the strip club scene, they're called "privates" as in private dances) is this:

A girl I had danced with in Vegas texted me when I was in town with this offer: $1000 for an hour. No kissing, no touching her vajayjay (her term) no sex. Basically she was charging $1000 for a CBJ.

I think because in the club she worked, a 1 hour private room cost about $900. $500 for the girl and $400 in bottle service to the club. So I guess if you were used to the $900 price tag for a topless experience, $1000 for a CBJ sounded great!

it's very hit and miss.

I met a gal in San Antonio, and during out lap dances she whips out a vibrator/flashlight and she kept adjusting our situation to encourage "extra contact"

Another time at the same club another gal tried to BBBJ right there, but I chickened out.

I went back to a club in San Diego looking for a gal and found she was fired doing BJs in the back, and other gals offered to meet after  for pretty typical provider rates.

A club in El Paso had their back room which was strictly for FS. Lot's of $$$, and you got about 4 songs of time.

Finally San Francisco (such as Mitchell Bros) and others around it you can get nearly anything you want. At Mitchell's there is one room that is dark except for the flashlight you get, and the gals go around to service everyone. Not a great situation as you would be left to clean yourself up after.

You're more likely to find a provider who used to be a stripper.  Ask your next escort, if she ever danced, if she says yes, than ask for  a lap dance, it's gonna be way cheaper, than the other way.

IMHO, strippers are used to selling the sizzle while giving as little of the steak as possible...  so it is much more costly than just finding a provider.

I was surprised to learn that a strip club in my area doesn't serve any kind of beer. The only drinks on the menu (which I saw online) are sodas. I don't even drink beer very often but finding that out was just surprising since it's a strip club.
