I am a little new at this have seen three or four providers. Can someone explain to me how house fees work and tips?  Let me ex pail two instances that have occurred and I think the way I was thinking about it was wrong.
About 5 months ago I was in Salt Lake City and was looking for a FBSM I contacted a provider and she said it would be $80 plus tip. I know relatively cheap but i only had 110 in my pocket and couldn't hit the ATM because my significant other looks at the bank statements. I figured tips should depend on service and 30 wasn't a bad tip. When I got there over text she asked me how much money I had. I told her and she tried negotiating the 110 for a 30 minute session. She quoted 50 originally. Over a 100% tip I felt like she was trying to take me. Offered for a 45 minute she said no and I left
Now I am returning back to slc on another trip and contacted a provider she said $100 plus tip. I thought great but after reading reviews people had mentioned a high house fees so I asked her strait out about it. She told me the 100 was the house fee. Not knowing what level of tipping was expected I thought he'll just ask her so I did. She indicated 150-400. Holy shit that know became on expensive body rub.

My couple questions. Do the providers see any of that house fee?  Do they only work for tips?  What is the right amount to tip?  Why don't they just be upfront with the cost?  It seems like unless people know they will be disappointed a lot because it felt like an upswell to me?

Currently the whole house fee/tip thing has me weary of any add that says anything about plus tip. That probably isn't fair but I also don't like going expecting to pay one price and then find out the cost doubled. I also don't want to be a cheapskate with the girls if they are not seeing any of the house fee.

Please help me understand how this works.

So if you go to an MP, be prepared to pay a reasonable amount for a tip, especially if you expect more than a  HE.  $30 may be  OK in a small rural area, but not in a major city.

$100 is a minimum if you want FS

I only look for a HE. Surprising enough I don't want FS. Crazy I know

As the rates advertised are "all inclusive" no need for upselling, tips, house fees etc. Plus, typically she does not provide out of a "business" "spa" Massage parlor" etc, which happens to be more risky than a hotel incall. You can request what you want/what your limits are and I am sure that she will be happy to deliver. P.S Make sure the provider is highly reviewed on TER first obviously..

To pay a higher tip than the house or room fee. My favorite AMP in Tampa charges an $80 house fee and $160 tip for FS. I've also been to MPs that charge $60 at the door and $40-$60 for the standard HE with no other extras provided.
