They'll hold any reviews where both the reviewer and the reviewed are new.  Prevents bogus reviews from getting posted.  In any case, as a newbie, it's safer for you to stick with a well reviewed provider.   You're better off buying a few months of VIP so you have all the info you need to make an educated decision.  A bad encounter will cost more than the monthly subscription.  Hope that helps.

...Go to "My TER" then "My Reviews", once there look to the right under status and see if there is a reason stated for the deferment. If it's for a reason you can do something about communicate with TER about it.

If it is a case of you being new and the provider you reviewed being new (first review for both of you)  that does sometimes happen but it usually works out.

is to prevent 'self reviews' & similar prohibited fakes.   You have 90 days to get a review approved...  which is a very long time, actually.   The problem with waiting that long is that the required internet ads can expire before you review goes up (though you can sometimes track down a new ad).  
If you write a review for an already reviewed provider NOW, you can resubmitt this review.  Or if the Lady gets a review you can likewise resubmitt.  It helps some to have a posting history on the boards...  increasing your hobbist creditability.
