I have been using p411 for several years, but have noticed that it is not universally used in all locations.  So, my question is if people use more than one, and do providers mind send multiple OK's for a single visit (e.g., would it be rude to ask a provider for a p411 OK and an Indy vouch, or a p411 OK and a Date-Check verified?

I belong to DC and P411, and have asked providers to give me references on both of them with no problems.  No, it is not rude to ask, just make sure she is a member of the site before asking.  In both cases, you ask them thru the site, so if she isn't a member, you can't ask her.  You can also ask for a whitelist referral on this site.
