What is P411 ?

Main utility of the site is to present providers with a means to verify you're an okay person, but without having to give the provider your personal information.  Instead, P411 keeps that info and is like an online reputation service, but without reviews.

basically, you pay p411 to verify your identity.  It's also an advertising platform for verified providers.  

Most providers will take p411 for verification, but a lot of ladies also require information due to the fact that p411 has been infiltrated by LE on numerous occasions.
