If I've only seen you once, but then i haven't seen you in 6 months to a year, I can't in good faith give you a reference. You may have changed drastically over that period of time and i would be none the wiser.
If, on the other hand, you see me once, then i get a reference request from another provider for you a few weeks later? No problem.
It just comes down to whatever that particular lady's policy happens to be.

You want a reference after only one date? Most likely not happening! It also depends a lot on the provider you've just had a date with. Just because she seems comfortable with you on one date doesn't mean she's comfortable enough to hand out a referenc
Most of my white list references were after one date.
