Why is it that sometimes a Discussion Board shows someone as having a certain amount of Reviews, but when I click on that number, it says he has a different number or even NO Reviews. Am I the only person that happens to?

Just confused.....

The number of reviews is showing the number of approved reviews that he has sumitted.  If a provider is de-listed, her reviews are no longer available but still count toward his total reviews.

So... Someone has submitted 12 approved reviews which is the number shown by his handle.  3 of the providers have been de-listed for some reason.  When you click on the '12' and it takes you to his reviews, you will only see the 9 that are for active providers.

It usually means that some of the ladies he has reviewed have been dllisted, (retired etc.) so their profile is no longer up, and his review for her will no longer be up, but the total number of reviews written will still show.

For example if you look at swimtrekr's board posts, it says 42 reviews under his name, but when you click on his list of reviews I believe you will only find 37, so 5 reviews that he wrote are no longer active. You see that a lot, especially for guys who have been around a while and have lots of reviews. I didn't want to single anyone out, but I figured since swim is the host here he wouldn't mind if I used him as an example.

...I show 20 but 2 of the ladies I reviewed have since retired from escorting so you will find only 18 of mine listed.

You are right about the number thing.  I was unaware of that.  I have actually written 46, but 4 of them were unapproved because they were of same provider and replaced by the newer one.  I'm gonna have to compare the list of 37 with my profile's list to see which ones are gone.
