Just added the TER plug-in and it is great. You can surf through any message board and cross-reference reviews on TER. Wanted to share this, because it is a feature I just discovered and not sure how widely-used it is. Also get to find out how many different ads are linked to the same phone number.

I rarely use it because I rarely go to ad malls like Back Page to check out girls, and if I do, its to get kick out of their ghetto English..

With search feature on TER so powerful, if the girl has good reviews, she is most likely going to be here.  Since you appear to be a relative newbie, TER also has the ability to save your search, so you don't have to input data in the fields again and again. Just save it once and click on it, and it spits out the results.
