Emailed a young beautiful provider at the end of June with great reviews.
She responded quickly and we exchanged several very friendly emails. As we were both going out of town we set a date for July 13 and she asked that we each contact each other on July 10.
I emailed her on July 10 with no answer, July 12 with no answer and July 13 with no answer.
Any advice? Any ladies out there who can provide some insight?
Technically, your July 10th e-mails are for final confirmation so that if anything comes up you can notify each other so you can make other plans.
Her not responding to your e-mails is potentially unprofessional but you never know what might have happened - providers have real lives and emergencies do come up.
I'd say give her a week to respond and explain. If she does not, out her on your regional board.
Then count yourself VERY LUCKY. I've had 4 much worse incidents in the last 2.5 weeks including driving to the given Hotel and waiting with no call no show no answer for an appt confirmed 2 hours previously!
Having a provider stop answering emails for days sucks, but not the same as a LATE CANCEL or NS/NC.
