for some reason, it's becoming a proivider trend to advertise using "roses", "kisses", "strawberries" and "hugs" instead of dollars.

"AS IF" these puerile euphemisms are going to exonerate the advertising provider or their naive clientele in a court of law.

Screening and research are the way to avoid legal entanglements, not kitchy little synonyms and erroneous urban myths.

If she asks for 200 roses, then I bring 200 of them.  Sometimes they say "kisses", so I would kiss her that many times.  

I do not think I would get too far, but it is worth a try.
