your message. If the other person has VIP, they will get the message. If no VIP, there is no way to tell.

Just add names of friends and when they are online you can talk in real time(slight lag), but it's a great tool for guys to actually get a sense of you and set appointments.(course your camera must be on lol)

Anyone know how to change my location on Messenger? For some reason it lists a location that is no where near me.
