I apologize for posting again this board is helpful.  I decided to pull the trigger and found a newbie friendly provider from P411.  I emailed her to ask what else she needed and said just my name and phone number.  I have read that it is a red flag if a provider doesn't screen should I look for someone else?  She has reviews on this site, and I though I had done my research.

Send it to her and see what she says.  If she's well reviewed and legit, then don't worry about it.

Are you a P411 member? If you are that would serve as screening too.
Don't think you have anything to be concerned about.

Some will go by instinct.  Others know the type of shoes cops where. I would be more concerned how well she is reviewed.
