So I've been giving some thought on joining P411. Mostly so I don't have to continue going through the verification process or continuing to have do research on potential ladies of interest.

Will the site allow me to see if a lady has been recently seen?

By others. There a few ladies I'm interested in but they have minimal reviews. Trying to gauge whether it's worth my time and effort to see them. Hoping that if they are somewhat active, that will help put some credibility into prior reviews.

No, P411 won't tell you if a provider has been seen by others.

Also, it's no guarantee that you won't need to go through "verification." Providers may do screening beyond checking your P411 profile and OKs. Some may accept just those. It's up to them.

And I question how P411 will help you avoid doing research on providers. I'm a member of P411 and I've found it useful in simplifying the screening process, but IMO it's no replacement for research, using TER etc.

Thanks for answering my immediate question.

Wasn't looking to replace my research process, just looking to enhance it.

I'm also aware that every lady has her own screening process and she may still require more info than just the OKs from P411 or Whitelistings from here.

Ladies have to log into P411 at least once every 30 days to keep their account "active"... so if hers is active, she's probably also actively working & available.

As a non-P411 member (yet, I certainly plan to become one), the "last logged on" feature is immensely useful. If a provider hasn't had a review for 6 to 12 months on TER, but was logged into P411 within the past few days, then I know I likely won't be wasting her time or mine by trying to make contact.
