I don't know how the question I submitted turned into this gibberish but the question was: Why do many indys' ads proclaim so assertively that they are not affiliated with an agency in any way/shape/form? My brief experience with 1 agency & 2 indys has been delightful. I see little difference. Is there a down-side to agencies or up-side to indys?

Agency's get a fee for sending out girls. Then girls
ask for tips because they get none of the fee.Good

...since there's no middle-man and they think it's a better situation all round. I've dealt with both, and each has it's good and bad points. Overall, dealing with reputable people is what counts.
