So here's the deal. I've been hobbying under my real name, and using my personal cell phone. I do have an email account that is for the hobby only, but it's under my name. The providers I've seen are well established and have excellent TER reveiws and reputations. So far no problems , albeit I am single, so no S.O to worry about. Since the providers I'm established with know the real me, how do I now go incognito? Should I just tell them I will be using a new cell phone and email under an assumed name? Or should I just use my secret ID with any new providers I contact.

There are girls who will see you without valid ID or screening but you are putting yourself at greater risk. The girls who already know you may be willing to go along with your "new identity" and give you references under that name but I wouldn't bet on that being enough.

Get a hobby phone and email, that's a good idea.  Be prepared however to encounter problems with screening if you won't give out real-world information.

If you are, I'd immediately start making the transition to a more anonymous approach.  Clearly, the ladies you're seeing now are trustworthy but you never know when you'll meet a bad apple.  Unless you plan never to see a new girl (and you can't say for sure because at least some of the ones you know will retire or move), you need a new identity.  Start now.

Switch to a non-linked free account if you have not.  I have my display as my first name + "confidential"...  so they know it's safe to reply.  Switch to a hobby phone.  As you see favorites just give them your new number.  I recently switched my hobby phone number & am gradually informing my contacts.  I just use my first name with providers.  All your present contacts have proven trustworthy, so that's good.  If, in the future a provider gets busted, the phone number is no help to LE.  
It's not as big a deal if you have no SO at present.  However, a hobby phone prevents a provider from calling you at indiscreet times & if you ever get a civie GF you just retire the hobby phone & no tracks.
