What is safer incall or outcall?  Is there still risks to getting caught with either?

Outcall is safer. She is going to your place. So there's less of a chance of getting Ripped Off. When she goes to your place you control the situation. Less likely if she goes to your place it's an LE Set Up. Incall when you go to her place is a bit more Risky. You could get Ripped Off. You don't know who's there besides her. You could get Robbed or injured there. It could also be a LE Set Up.

But we are still talking about very unlikely outcomes (i.e. you getting busted) in either case if you do your homework here.

LE doesn't have the time/budget to go to the extreme lengths it would take to send a girl to an outcall. They want the big media splash where they can bust numerous johns at a single location, not one john at one location.

See well reviewed girls with many reviews whose reviewers have written many reviews as well and do outcall if you wish for an extra layer of protection, but really, most guys here don't sweat the diff between in or outcall. Do what you want to feel more at ease with the hobby.
