Does anyone have recommendations for prepaid CCs that work internationally from US?  Guess who's prepaid card was declined signing up for P411 and TER because the card does not process international transactions

The patriot act bans most anonymous money transfers to prevent the funding of terrorism. If a regular CC is declined it's usually fraud protection, the transaction can normally be completed with a call to your CC company.
