From some of the reviews that I've read i notice that some providers like to sit and chat for a little bit before getting down to business. does this "chat" time count against my hour or is that on top of my hour? i don't want to sit and chat for 20 minutes to find out i only have 40 minutes for fun.

Yes the "sit and chat time" will count as part of your hour. However, this is not wasted time; it helps make sure intentions and/or expectations are clear and understood; you both get a feel that neither of you are LE. This time is also necessary for her (and you) to get comfortable with one another, if either has any doubts about going through with the next hour it will show in attitude and/or performance. Usually this quick converstation is kept to a minimum (5-10 minutes) and often times involves her inquiring about your preferences so you can receive better care and attention. Besides, if one can fill the entire sixty minutes with fun and excitement, you have better endurance and stamina than the rest of us. Don't discount the pillowtalk time in between activity either, you will find that you meet a lot of fascinating ladies that may share common interests, have a different point of view, or a great perspective on life. When I started this hobby, I had no idea that there would be so much more to GFE companionship, but it can potentially enrich your life and make one feel better than just having an orgasm. Think about it you can do the physical part yourself, what is it you really desire here. Take time and talk to the lady, and it will not take away from your overall experience; just try it and trust me on this one.

I beg to differ, Mr. Man.  I think the true answer depends on the lady you are with.  I've seen women who started their time as soon as the door opened, and I've seen some who sat and talked for 20 minutes before starting the "clock."

Perhaps it would be better to say that you should probably go into the date thinking that this counts towards your time.  That way, if it doesn't, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

I agree with bikebryan, it depends on the lady, but you may want to assume it counts.  

In my experiences, it usually doesn't count, or she usually stays a little over, let me put it that way.

That first 10 minutes or so of sizing each other up for a first session shouldn't count against the hour -- any more than filling out paperwork counts against your session time with a therapist (massage, physical, whatever).  You didn't visit the therapist for the privilege of filling out insurance forms.  Similarly, you didn't visit a provider for the privilege of filling out her "forms" about whether you're LE or a nut case or whatever else the provider is screening for.  In any reasonable business, that time is HER cost of doing business.  You shouldn't be charged for it.

I know a lot of ladies DO count this time.  In my experience, they aren't running a professional service based on human interaction.  They're running a vending machine.

Massages are an incredible waste of time!!!  I paid her to get me off, not to give me an overpriced rub down.

If a woman wants small pleasantries, that is probably her way of getting over her nervousness. Gentlemen, please remember that we are NOT robots here. We have feelings, just like you men. We DO get nervous! If talking time if over 10 minutes, and she is not making that move, then the gentleman should take charge. But to reiterate, the moment one foot enters the door, the clock the running.

As someone who has been in the hobby for quite some time, it is amazing that some people still make their posts sound like they are control freaks (Goofey and banned may want to re-read their postings here). The legitimate providers out there who are well worth the reviews they get deserve respect which includes getting to know their client and the time involved in feeling comfortable. Not wanting to be disrespectful to the ladies, BUT, a massage IS just another way to consume time, that could be spent on something better. I'm all for the chat time. (LE is a big concern) But, when a provider wants to spend 20-35 minutes (that I'm paying for) "getting in the mood" or giving massages, I start thinking rip-off. I ain't one to make a scene or complain, but, she'll never see or hear from me again.
