I've read the FAQ and explanations for the scoring system and generally get it, but have a couple of specific questions that I can't figure out.

1. How does TER populate a new girl's menu for the purpose of capping scores?  Does she specify that stuff when setting up a profile, or is it set by the first reviewer?

2. I've seen two lists of the things that make a girl eligible for a performance score higher than 7.  The FAQ  include BBBJ, anal, two girls, and kissing w/tongue. But in the thread linked below, however, where somebody had a review turned down, the list adds willing to do more than one guy at once (in the thread linked below).  Anybody know which is right?

Near the top of Review FAQ  (under where they actually show the scores in table format with descriptions) it isn't really clear about the two guys but read further down (much further down) and you will see the statement pretty much the same but the two guys thing is much clearer. I had several communications back and forth with TER about that.

The provider has nothing to do with establishing her menu on her profile, that's done by her first reviewer.  The only way to change anything is by submitting problem reports.  As to your second question, I am somewhat in the dark about that.  My impression was that if the required items are on the menu, whether or not she did them with the client, she is eligible for higher than a 7.  But, as I said in  my headline, it's their site and they can do as they wish with regards to approval or disapproval of reviews.
