Can a basic member be white listed by the provider ?

Providers can WL anyone as long as the hobbyist does not have the whitelist disabled on his profile.

You can white list with limited VIP.

Search reviews by client's handle.  Don't think you have to be a VIP to do that.  Then follow procedure for giving a WL referral.

Provider's get limited VIP automatically when you link your TER handle with your profile.

So are you saying a TER handle can white list another TER handle....?

You cant even do the search he is talking about, if you are not vip (at least limited vip)

sexyangelique is correct. I assume the provider limited vip will work but a regular member can not do that search.

Besides not being able to read juicy details, and not being able to have aliases, there are actually a lot of things non vips can not do on the site. (many of the search features are disabled)

you will get squeezed into that corner of the screen again where you can't breathe
