I'm not a new provider, in fact I have 4 reviews on this site already and I'm trying to figure out how to claim them as my own. There does not appear to be a way to link my account to my reviews however, everytime I go to my reviews page there is a button that ALWAYS says "offline". Therefore, there has to be a way to connect my account to my reviews. That way I'm able to better identify myself on the discussion boards and people actually know when I as a provider am online. Please Help! As I have sent many an email to the "contact us" email without response. I'm becoming extremely annoyed!

Not sure why ter adm hasn't linked your handle and reviews.Did you include your ter profile # ?
The links specifically tells you what to include when you request the link. Hope this helps
