A friend refered me here. It starts off with a little bit of a story. I am trying to set my buddy up with a "provider" for his birthday. I don't know how to go about it, i don't know who to call, who to ask for, or anything like that... Any light you can shed on the subject will be helpful. My main questions are what kind of services do providers give and how do i get in contact with one of them

First of all, if you... I mean if  'your friend' wants to get information about what to expect from a provider buy a VIP membership.  

Check your local board on the "regional boards" for info on women in your area. You will have to find someone who does not screen first (not a very good idea IMHO).  You will probably not find many with reviews who will be willing to see you without a reference or being screened.  So, that means you should hope you don't set him up with LE or a rip-off.  Don't bring up how much $$$ or what she will do...or else you will be talking to Tone, Dial Tone that is.
