I often wonder if a provider could actually
feel that a hobbyist has gone too far in a
particular seesion and the hobbyist did not
stop when she said somethong was not acceptable?
Is it possible she could actually make claims
of being sexually assaulted? How could such
a charge ever stand up in court if the system
knew how the meeting originated in the first place? I certainly don't think a provider
would ever have this option. What do others
think?

Rape or sexual assault can be committed by and on anyone. Male, female, provider, client, wife, husband, parent, child... anyone. No means no, and I hope anyone who is the victim of sexual assault will prosecute and not be intimidated by threats of "no one will believe you because..."

Providers in particular have historically made good targets for abusers because of the ideas you mentioned.

But since you asked...

I think your opinion that a provider would "never" have the option of filing charges against a man who sexually assaulted her is wrong.

I think you sound like somebody who is thinking about assaulting a provider and wonders if he can get away with it.

Rape is rape, assault is assault,  no matter what the circumstances of the meeting are.  I believe LE would see it that way too.

It appears he has already assaulted a provider and is looking for a rational explanation to make it ok for what he did.

His explanation. The provider was already doing something illegal in the first place so technically she cannot report a crime to law enforcement and it is ok for him to assault her.

It is similar to the "she was coming onto me" defense when someone rapes a girl.

If I were a provider bill40 is not someone I would want to see. He has three posts on this board in the last 90 days and each post is quite creepy in light of his most recent post.

These are not common questions or concerns for a supposed "newbie."

Who is this asshole? does he actually think that because we do this as Providers, part-time, full-time or even on occasion that WE as paid escorts would have no recourse or that someone who would commit such a crime against us would be above the law?  Yes, it would probably be a bit harder to prove (unfortunatly) because of what we do, but proveable non the less!

In case you haven't noticed yet, the ladies we visit demand our, and deserve our respect!!!  With any sexual encounter, there are lines to be crossed, and boundaries too far!!!  Providers are NO DIFFERENT from any other woman, and her limits MUST be respected!!!

Just because you paid for sex doesn't mean you can do anything you want, besides, she may have better relations with the cops than you do. No, I am not saying she is screwing the chief, but the cops know the providers, and some help to them safe.

In a year and a half of posting (many topics, when examined using the microscope of this one, which seem a bit more than innocuous), we are left to wonder why you haven't put up one review?

Also, spending a little time Googling will show you that law enforcement takes very seriously claims of physical abuse, even when coming from a lady in the hobby. They CAN find you if need be. Internet traffic can be tracked.

From a hobbyist pov, bill40 makes us all long bad, just for asking this type of questions.

Although not in my legal area of expertise, I can tell you quite definitively that there are a lot of lawyers that make their careers repudiating specifically the idea that those engaged in illegal activity themselves have less than 100% full backing of the law.  
There is zero legal difference between a nun and a provider in the eyes of the law, and if a provider or her counsel thinks that a jury will not giver her a fair shake, leave the decision up to a judge.  Especially due to the perceived vulnerability of providers, the vast majority of judges will be fair (but if you so much as sense even a hint of bias you can nail their asses on appeal).

The only possible difference could be the willingness of providers to file a claim.  That's precisely why many local women's centers' counsel will extract legal immunity for providers prior to filing charges.  

Long story short: if you're a provider that believes she has experienced rape, immediately contact/seek legal counsel;  if you're a fuckwad contemplating rape on a vulnerable segment of the population, know that there are legions of prosecutors that will get off on nailing your balls to the wall and putting you away for a decade.  

Hope that clarifies matters.

A hobbyist might also be concerned not only with: A claim of sexual assaut.....-but-.... you also NEVER know which provider might have just decided to bring along her own PMC- Private Military Contractor, especially with a new client, to ensure her safety. (*ok maybe that is just the politically correct term we use for it globally*)

Since you actually never know who is and who isn't under the protection of someone who is "easy to reach" or just "hanging around" somewhere for her added safety.... it might NOT be a good idea to ..."did not stop when she said somethong was not acceptable"....  I'm guessing the chances are you woldn't get out of the location without "answering" in some way for your behavior.

After being exposed to the hobby for a number of years- I'm just thinking in such a situation, the original poster  might be correct in believing no charges would be filed- then again.... by the time he can actually leave the location he might be thinking of placing such assault charges hahahahaaa-   just my thoughts and observations.

The guy is a newbie, so I'll answer him straight.  It will cost a provider to go to LE, by outing herself.  If she is assaulted she probably will do so & I applaud her for doing so.  Gentlemen have nothing to fear, since she has more to lose in a phony charge.

It is a good point that a provider may have other options should a client prove to be other than a gentleman.

It's a very thin line that you are teetering on here and honestly I would be very careful about a topic such as this. Yes you could get into some trouble and yes she may have difficulty proving this, but there are other ways to correct one's behavior other than fear of arrest. Remember, references, work info, ect...you can be found.
You have no idea really who some of our Other friends are, and you also have no idea what we are capable of. I know  a few Ladies who will hand you your balls if you try this with one of them.
