she might have filled out the services abreviations which often include CIM, COF, COB, COT.  Detailed reviews will possible tell you more if she likes any of the above.   I would think that a BBBJ would be a requirement...  to make it happen.  I think the juicy details will reveal at least her attitude towards cum.   Some profiles I've seen...  if they are correct that she allows CIM, will have the right attitude to allow COF/COT.   There's really no way to be 100% certain...  unless you've met her before.

I notice that in the main box of the reviews it has CIM -- but im guessing that is not necessarily CIF.  For me CIF, and BJ is the only thing I want to do.  For me, nothing is hotter.  Is there any way to tell if a girl will allow CIF, or a way to ask her beforehand?

If a lady allows it is to read the juicy details of the reviews, and/or to pm some of the reviewers. Some ladies allow it and some don't. Some think it is absolutely disgusting. Some actually enjoy it. Some just don't want it in their eyes or hair, or dont want to mess up their makeup. There is COF, COB, (body) COT (tits). None of these are in the review profiles but you can find out by reading the details of the reviews. You can also ask the lady during the session, but that doesnt help you if you are trying to find out before setting a date. It is not ok to ask the lady specific details, prior to setting a date. She will likely ignore your phone calls or emails and block you. Good luck. Yes the internet us a wonderful thing for hobbyists;)

I should have mentioned that in my post above. If she only does covered bj then none of the above (cim, cob, cof, cot) would be available. So I guess for the op, if a facial is a must he can check the profiles for bbbj first, then check the juicy details for more info. If only cbj is  then dont even look further into the details.
Also as you said, some template type websites do list the services offered. If you are a P411 member, some ladies list services on their profile as well. There is a (optional-not all providers fill it out) section at the bottom of the profile that says "Activities 'x' enjoys in private (for which no money is exchanged)"

this is your best best to make sure what you are looking for is actually provided. After I verify clients, I sometimes get emails asking if I still will provide "x" - since it is listed on my menu. It is usually asked in a discreet manner and answered in a discreet manner. If I am not comfortable with their question or the way it is presented I don't answer. CIF/COF is not automatically guaranteed because the provider might do CIM. CIF will possibly ruin hair and makeup where CIM will (in most instances) will not.They may be provided together BUT are two separate things.

Also, as mentioned before, a pearl necklace is not technically a COF/CIF service. It is usually a byproduct of performing Russian and is not always near the face but more around the neck area- so again there is a fine line between services.

It would be great if they added COF to the drop down menu.  Cant always find it in the juicy details and if it's not on the menu it is a deal breaker for me.

And that is, Providers can list this available menu item on their P411 ad page.  Unfortunately, not a very large percentage of P411 ladies utilize this feature; but it's appreciated very much when they do.
