Many providers change their no often(region specific) or when they change their name, if that's the kind of lady you're going to see. They also change incalls quite often unless they operate from home. Their was an LE incident this past weekend near me. Their spokesman said that this is a bussiness that primarily operates in the dark. What I got from that is we don't have resources to chase posible leads with little chance of conviction. Though excersize caution any thing can and does happen out here, I prefer ladies who email or have a site wich you can book through, and screen. I say this all the time her saftey = my saftey.

Hi all,
I have a question:
Since phone no.s of so many providers are so readily available (the same contact no.s have been available forever), shouldn't it be easy for LE agencies to figure out the location of the owners of these no.s ?
And if yes, then wouldn't they be keeping an eye on the incall location of the provider so that they can catch any hobbyist who lands there?

Just like they could sit on the side of the highway and write 1,000 speeding tickets per hour.  Why isn't it happening?  Frankly there needs to be a compelling reason to go to the trouble for a bullshit offense.  Now, if you are an elected official, or high profile in some other way, that may tip the scales.  I've seen a provider that was in Playboy.  Talk about high profile.  She's extremely well known and they don't chase her.

and the address of the phone, if one is even required, will seldom be the address where she is working from.

Not that many providers work out of their homes and most are using mobile phones.  Phone companies don't generally give up records without a court order.  So you have a phone number attached to an advertisement that does not mention illegal services making it difficult to get a court order.  Once you get the address it goes to the providers home and to find the incall you then need to follow her.   And all of this for a misdemeanor?  

The fact that you don't read about these sorts of operations tells you how inefficient this is.

LE do stake out incalls. It happens when neighbors complain about the traffic in and out of a location.

Thanks everyone for their responses. Actually this will be my 1st time and I want to go for incall because this lovely lady that I am want to see prefers it that way, although she's not closed to outcalls. She has a lot of great reviews. I get butterflies in my stomach just thinking about her. :-) Hope LE doesn't play spoiler.

While LE are more likely to perform sting operations on outcalls, staking out incalls is not unheard of.

Its not always a serious danger.
As a rule in most towns the vice squad prefers to crack down on street walkers and they usually leave escorts alone, especially gals who work from their house or a regular incall like hotels. This was true in Eugene and some other places I've lived. Cops prefer proper escorts cuz it helps keep the streets safe.

And if the providers have any sense they will use a tracfone for their business. Bought with cash, and activated at a public internet terminal. When you set up a new tracfone on the web they ask for your personal info but you dont have to give it. I have recommended this to every escort I've ever seen but most of them insist on using a smartphone with their real name on the account. Thats up to them but I think its stupid.
Smart escorts change their number at least twice a year regardless of what service they have. They also dont keep call logs or contacts in the address book. They use a pad of paper for regulars and even then routinely burn it and start a new one.
