the chances of you catching something from her are very slim.  If it's her only source of income, she can ill afford not to stay disease-free.  That doesn't mean it won't ever happen to someone, but, I might add, it's far less of a risk than picking some chick in a bar and taking her for a romp.

Even in the porn industry though where it's mandated that everyone is tested so often, HIV is or was rampant and a lot of those women now work in this industry or hobby as well. I know I've said this already, but a provider CAN afford to get a disease. Who would know? If someone caught something from her, they can't exactly go to the newspaper - or even the boards, or PM. People would be very skeptical if the girl was well-reviewed, etc. It's not like the guy can furnish proof. And if she has his personal info, he's definitely not gonna say anything.  

If you're worried about catching something see a non-gfe provider that doesn't offer those services. That way you have nothing to worry about.

But if I ever do get serious with someone you bet I'll get myself tested before becoming intimate.
