i often see this phrase when people are refering to massage parlors and such. but i am not exactly sure what they are refering to. i have my suspicions but i would like further clarification....thanx in advance....peace.

I haven't come across that phrase before.  
It could mean testing someone to see if they are L.E.
Can you direct us to an example of its use?
