So I posted on CV that I was looking to Pre-book an appointment in the latter part of the week.  I received some very nice responses from several providers that were interested.  I did not want to waste anyone's time, so I responded to 1 right away and offered some information about the times I was available and my interests.  I didn't receive a response for over a day, so I sent a similar e-mail to one of the other providers who had replied to my initial post.  Still no response.

So here I am - half way through the week and seeing my window of opportunity diminish.  Do I stop waiting for a response and just try the tried and true direct contact method with a more available provider or do I exercise patience?  Is there a proper amount of time I should allow for a response?  Both of the providers are well-reviewed and respected.  I was hoping for a high-end experience and realize I should be patient - but not sure how long I should wait before moving on.  Don't want to make enemies.

After that, if your window of opportunity is limited, it's time for Plan B.

Thanks.  Have this fear that as soon as I move on, one of them will respond.  Guess it's like that feeling in high school when you get fixated on a girl and you want to make it happen, you start to lose the ability for rationale thought.  Not that there won't be other opportunities, but was looking forward to some serious "me" time this week and wanted a premium experience.

Cheers

I emailed an agency to see a provider 2 weeks out from the requested date. This provider has been booked every time I try so I wanted to get my request in early and have been waiting  5 days now for a response. I have used the agency before, the session went well. Did I send a request too soon ?Should I send another email?

details in the reviews and decide who YOU want to see. Select a top choice and several alternates, sometimes called plan B, and send them a nice email with specific information about the day, time, length of appointment, reference information, etc. so you can be screened properly.

Who in this life does not have a phone they can get emails on? I don't get how it even takes 12 hours much less, 3 days to respond to a client or a ref. If I don't want to see you, I will at least reply with, "Sorry, you're not my cup of tea" but I will respond. Just move on babe...plenty of girls who know it's common sense to return a damn email!
