How you do that, is up to you. I have private incalls and I always start off with wine and cheese or champagne and fruit, as well as an assortment of other goodies. This lasts for about 20-30 min. then the guy has 90 min. of private time on a 2 hour date.
As far as the set up...do not see many in a day if you are going this route unless it is a super big, busy hotel in a major city. Stick with 4 and above star high rises with active lobby areas, preferably with more than one bar or restaurant. Have extra towels and sheets with you if you plan on seeing more than one guy a day, so you don't have to even bother housekeeping. Leave a tip for them at the end of your stay vs. per day, because there is no reason for them to be in your room that often.
Make sure the hotel does not require a key card UNLESS you are only seeing one guy, then leaving. You going down to the bar to meet 2 and 3 guys a day, is a bit obvious and also a pain in the ass. You pretend to be booking a room for family (call from a blocked number) and ask about security as if you are concerned. They will let you know if a key card or doorman is there.
You give them the hotel the 'day of' the appt. when they confirm, and the room number when they arrive in the parking lot. Make sure the idiot does not repeat the room number all loud in the freaking hall or lobby...texting is actually better for this.
Timer? Buy 60, 90, and 120 minute CDs, or use a timed playlist on your Ipod. They will never know, but you will when that last song becomes your "would you like to take a shower" song, and cue for them to get going. Don't let them overstay unless you just want to lol.
The donation should be put down in the bathroom when they arrive and are hopefully in there to wash their hands or anything else that might not have been washed in the last 2 hours. Don't over think it, and don't cause yourself to be paranoid, or you will get into trouble. Also, do NOT give the hotel an email or phone number that you have used with your provider identity because if they google it, you are busted.
Do not use the same hotel more than once every 3 months or so, because people catch on. Unless you have a business license for a cover business, it is best to just use different hotels as much as you can.
Private incalls are another story, but less hassle. I have always gone this route, but even those can be outed by jealous bitches who might set a guy up to go find out where you are hosting from. Hotels have less chance of that happening, and you can easily up and leave in a few minutes should you spot an issue.
