Email the person and tell them that you don't appreciate them steeling your photos and that they should desist immediately.

It could work.

If not, then perhaps post on the boards that they use and call them out for their behavior.

It might also be a good idea to watermark your photos with your name to deter people from steeling them.

and while is may not seem like much compensation, at least recognize that you have some pretty good photos if someone is stealing them.

I am from California and have no reviews on ter but im a well reviewed on another review site that is popular in California. I have recently discovered a reviewed provider on ter is using a lot of my photos the reviews say that my photos are hers. Now on all these "review sites" show my photos as hers  and well they are clearly not I was wondering how I can fix this problem?

Suggest you post on your regional board that provider 'so-and-so' is using your pics and let the guys know she is stealing your pics.
