I still don't think outcall vs incall matters...

Wouldn't that potentially mean that every provider is potentially LE?  It seems, after reading many reviews, that most do the "typical" two call system, and that they want the donation left somewhere.

It seems that the outcall would again be easier and reduce the risk.
LE are doing whatever the providers do.  So if many providers use a two-call incall system (for whatever reasons), then LE will adopt the same system for their stings.  If the trend changes and providers start preferring a different approach (such as outcalls) then LE will sting using that system.  Although LE may prefer the home-turf advantage and cost-effectiveness of an incall sting, they are fully capable of doing efficient and legally effective outcall stings.  The specific transaction method is virtually irrelevant to your bottom-line LE risk.  From what I've read, the only way for a hobbyist to substantially affect his LE risk is to properly screen providers.  I say "affect"... not "eliminate."

In fact many of the recent high profile LE actions have involved outcalls - e.g., Mayflower Madam, DC Madam, and Eliot Spitzer.

I think Jamie1234 is a girl/ provider, and so a friend provider getting busted doing Outcall is not the subject of the question exactly.

In general, for Girls, Outcall is the most hazardous.  LE likes to have you on their turf, set the trap, bait it and have you come to them.  safer, and better use of man hours.  Also had a girl say a cop investigating a murderer in NYC came to her, and advised her to only do Incalls for her own safety (again, bad guy off his own turf on Incall).

For exactly these same reasons, Incall is most hazardous for the guy, and Outcall the safest.  I've heard of cops sending going Incall to a lady (from google and from one girl arrested that way) but never of cops sending a cop lady Outcall to a guy.  More dangerous for the lady cop.

For Rip Offs, Outcalls seem the favorite MO, guy feels his identity is most vulnerable when he's in his own hotel room and the girl says what he wants is illegal and takes his money.

BUT, nothing is without risk.

They have busted hobbyist on outcalls but do to additional risks to the cops and jurisdictional concerns it is more rare then incall busts. At least that is what I have gathered from talking to those that have been busted, news reports, and hobby boards. Never been busted myself.

What type of ad was it that your friend got busted on?  BP?  I am seeing my first provider.  She has reviews on here, her own website, and on p411.  Low risk?

With reviews, a web site and a P411 profile it's highly unlikely she's an LE risk.  Is it possible she's been flipped?  Yes.  But there's always risk here.  She seems credible to me.

whether the location is a hotel or a private location.  Renters of hotel rooms have much less rights (e.g., privacy and warrants) than renters and owners of other properties.

the cited resource is an accurate description of how LE does INCALL stings.

The elements of recording from an adjacent room, and the snatch team breaking in when the solicitation is adequately documented are hard to do at a strange hotel.  How do you keep the team hidden?  down the hall?  Most hotel have manual locks, so even a key from the management could still have delay when the guys, maybe dangerous is in alone with the cop lady.

Again, LE COULD do it, but its a LOT more hassle and risk for them.  A male cop visiting a working girl isn't quite the same risk.
