New hobbyist here. Been with escorts and know how to make "donation", but what's the drill when u see a girl who advertises just "massage". Do we go in and just pay them the advertised amount for the massage from our hand to theirs?  Or are we still expected to put it in an envelope marked donation or gift and place it in the room somewhere visible like we do with escorts? Will appreciate guidance on this. Thanks.

If the latter, then I would have it in an unsealed envelope and drop it off at some spot where she would be sure to see it, such as the table where all her oils are.

For an independent, you can follow the same procedure as an escort.  If it's at a massage parlor, you'll pay the door fee up front.  After the massage, you can just hand her the tip.
