I purchased a prepaid Visa gift card but I can't use it to pay for my membership, I guess they are only for use in the US.  Are there any Visa/Mastercard gift cards that can be used internationally?

type of prepaid card that works with TER. Unfortunately, I don't know which one though. Perhaps someone else on the board can help you with that..

Alternatively, you can use your regular debit card from US bank or any credit card... If you are wondering what it would say in the statement, it is pretty discreet and doesn't say TER or anything like that.

If you absolutely don't want any paper trail whatsoever, you can pay by CASH... Only, slight disadvantage is you have to at least buy quarterly membership.  That being said, you get a good discount for that..

I believe the one card that works might be the Vanilla Visa, but I could be wrong. This topic has come up a lot, and it seems most prepaid cards don't work. You might try doing a search on the board for "credit cards," "prepaid credit cards," "paying for VIP" and things like that. Set the date range higher (the default sesrch is 30 days, and you may have to go back further. You should find lots of threads. If you do use your own card, the charge appears as ccbill. As curly said, paying by cash is a good option. You have to pay quarterly, but you do get a discount, and "trustcash" is convenient and anonymous. If you click on "pay by cash" under "buy VIP," you will get the info for "trustcash." Many members have used it and are happy with it. Many threads on that subject on this board also.

From their website... "Due to changes in applicable law, gift cards purchased after March 31, 2012 may not be used for international transactions or purchases. Please use gift cards for domestic U.S. transactions or purchases only."

Looks like your choices are "trustcash" or your own personal cc or debit card.
If you do end up finding a gift card that works, report back here, since this question does come up  a lot.

I use my prepaid GreenDot Visa card to pay for my VIP, and it's no problem. And there's not really a paper trail with that....

It's been over 2 years ago since I purchased my Visa Walmart Money Card - I think it is part of the Green Dot system, but not sure now - old age, ya know.  Basic uses are TER renewal, replenish time on hobby phone, buy Vitamin V when abroad, flowers/gifts for a special lady.  Can refill at any Walmart - only challenge is when replacement card comes in the mail.  Will use this one up before it expires and get a new one.

It's simple use , locations almost everywhere and it's processed and your VIP is up in a flash and it's anonynmous when used properly. The time I used it, it took less than 15 minutes from deposit at the bank to being switched to VIP member.
