I am trying to get a date but i have no referals & i dont want to give out all of my info. I have posted request on other boards but only that fat girls respond. Any suggestions? Should I just call & e-mail around?

For a first timer with no references, you will be required to give some type of personal information for screening purposes. If dealing with a well known and reviewed lady that has established a good reputation, this information will most likely be handled very discreetly. So my only suggestion might be to keep searching until you find a lady with a screening process you are comfortable with, since some require more info than others.

If you're not comfortable giving your info straight to the ladies, try signing up for Date-Check.com.  They'll give you an honorary membership as soon as they verify your employment information; that's what they did for me.

For my first visit with a provider I was able to get away with just Date-Check and my ID.  Now that I have one reference I'll be better able to build a reference list.

You might try some agencies too, some of which only ask for a government ID of some type.  You'll have to do your research on that though.
